Arabinda Kumar is an experienced Engineering Management professional currently working at Deloitte. He is currently inclined towards Data Engineering and Big Data projects. Currently working as a Tech Lead/Engineering Manager at Hashedin by Deloitte, Arabinda is responsible for creating and developing system applications utilizing standard concepts, practices, and procedures. He works closely with other groups like product, business analyst, quality assurance, and project management resources throughout the delivery of solutions. He also provides weekly status reports and time accounting, coordinates and implements new system installations, performs system walk-through of technical and operational features for new or existing systems, and mentors and supports other members of the team. Prior to his current role, Arabinda has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Saviynt and a Technical Consultant Intermediate at JDA Software, where he has gained domain expertise in IAM and Supply chain, respectively. He has also completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
